When is my card charged?+
On the first of the month for monthly plans and on the anniversary date for annual plans. We email a receipt within 5 minutes of every charge.
Can I pay by wire or ACH?+
Yes on annual or Enterprise plans. Wire and ACH are settled in 1–3 business days with a manual invoice.
How do refunds work?+
Cancel within 30 days for a full refund on annual plans. Monthly plans prorate on request when service quality falls short of our SLA.
Can I download every invoice at once?+
Yes. The Billing page has a Download all as ZIP button and the API returns signed PDF URLs valid for 24 hours.
