How long does a domain transfer take?+
Most gTLD transfers complete within 4–7 days. We start the transfer the moment you paste the auth code and unlock the domain at your current registrar.
Do you charge extra for WHOIS privacy?+
No. WHOIS privacy is included on every eligible TLD for the life of the registration. Country-code TLDs that forbid privacy will show a note on the domain page.
Can I use my own nameservers?+
Yes. Set custom NS records from the DNS zone page — or delegate to Route 53, Cloudflare, or DNSimple while keeping the registration here.
What happens if a domain expires?+
You get a 30-day grace period at the original price, then a 30-day redemption window at a higher recovery fee. We email at 60, 30, 7, and 1 day before expiry.
